by Nathan Swinson-Bullough

Picture of a Christmas window display

Many retailers have pulled out the stops this year with their Christmas window display. Shoppers are dreaming of spending Christmas with their loved ones and the theme all around is to savour the festive moments, after the burden of last year’s Christmas. At Imageco we have rounded up our favourite Christmas window displays of 2021. Our own elves have been working hard this December, so whilst these displays are not our own work, we love to celebrate others in the industry too.

An Eco-Friendly Christmas

L’Occitane’s ‘Gift Factory’ concept celebrates its commitment to harvesting, crafting and gifting. The cardboard display features cultivators, nurturing and harvesting precious ingredients and taking them to their secret gift shop in Provence. Everything is 100% recyclable, and all paper and card is FSC-Certified or produced from recycled content. Once it has reached the end of its life, the display can be reused, repurposed and recycled. We love to see it!

A Christmas Miracle

Selfridges ‘Christmas of Dreams’ features a surreal enchanted world, blending creative references from 1930’s golden age Hollywood, classic 1950’s technicolour film musicals and new imaginary characters. A digital campaign is shown starring actress Jane Horrocks and drag artist and sculptor Juno Birch.
